ANOTHER. WEEK. BITES. THE. DUST.

Hey everybody!!

Well, like always, another week flew by. This week has been really good for us here. The best day was yesterday!  We have been teaching a lot of people, but it as been hard getting them to church.  Sunday it all seemed to work out and we were able to have 10 of our investigators at church.  After sacrament meeting I had a couple tell me to mark next week, because they will be back!!  Sure glad they enjoyed it.

Lately, I have been able to see the Lord's hand in the work helping us. Sure am grateful for missionary work and for the opportunity I have to be here helping the Lord in his work.

We should have another baptism this week, I always pray those commitment dates work out. Talk to you guys later. Thanks for everything!

SEEN. SOME. MIRACLES.

Hey Everybody!!

Well, we have seen some miracles this transfer. We were able to get two more of our investigators baptized this week. One of them had a wedding on Saturday and after she got married, we were able to baptize her. It sure was nice to see them getting baptized and then receive the Holy Ghost yesterday. Sure am glad for the priesthood that we have here on the earth.

This week we received a family to teach and we started teaching them.  The lady of the house works on peoples' feet for a living.  We found out that a couple weeks earlier they were sitting in front of their house, and she was working on some guys feet.  Six guys appeared in front of them with guns and started shooting, and killed this guy right in the front on them. A girl in the family got shot as well, but she didn't die.  The girl had to have surgery and a bunch of stitches. We taught them a couple times already and they are already progressing quickly and said they are liking it a lot.  It makes me excited and happy to bring the gospel into their lives.  We know that the Lord can heal all wounds and take away our pains and sorrows.

I just found out that I will be staying here in Camaçari for another transfer.  My companion and I will be staying together for one more transfer. The weather here is starting to change and is starting to rain... but it is still really hot and humid after it rains.  Then the sun comes out again almost worse when there is rain.  Haha, so I don't know what is better.

That's about it for the week.

Here are some pics of the baptisms we had this week. Hope all is well with you guys. Talk to you guys soon. Love ya all.

WEIRD. SPEAKING. ENGLISH. NOW.

Hey everybody!!
This week has went well for us here. First off, we were able to have a baptism. We have been working with some less actives and this week we met with him.  He said he wanted to baptise his son, so we were able to help him and we were able to get him baptized.

This week we were able to find a lot of people at home and were able teach a lot of people. We also did a split with our zone leaders and I was able to stay with an American.  It was nice to speak some English throughout the day....it's kinda weird speaking english now.
We also have two more investorgators this week that have a baptism date set.  The last time we talked to them everything was going well, so I hope they will follow through.

That's about it for the week. Sorry, I dont have much time today to write. Next week we will have transfers again and not sure if I will leave or stay. I have been here longer then my companion. Be safe with all.   Talk to you guys later.

BLESSED. TO. BE. MEMBERS.

Hey Everybody!!

Well this week has been really good for us!! First off, last P-Day we went to the beach with members and got to enter into a turtle project. There were a bunch of turtles these people are taking care of. After the beach we passed by a little fruit farm that a member has, and we picked a bunch of mangos and coconuts. It was really cool.

This week for missionary service went pretty well for us. We had a Zone Conference in Salvador Tuesday. I got to see some of my old companions, so that is always cool. This week we were able to talk to and find a lot of people at home. And we were able to get a few people with baptism dates, so I hope they keep progressing until they get baptised. And were able to have a some people at conference.

I sure am grateful for the living Prophet that we have in our church and his Apostles. I really enjoyed watching conference and I was able to watch it in English. I hope everybody had the chance to watch conference this past weekend. We sure are blessed to be members of the Lord's church and we should look to share it with others in all moments of our lives.

That's about it for the week, We are teaching some families right now, sure hope they decide to follow the gospel of Jesus Christ. I hope that you are doing well. There are only 2 more weeks in this transfer, so it will end really fast now. These pictures are from the beach and the fruit farm we visited last P-Day. Talk to you guys later. Be safe with all.

Now is the time for members and missionaries to come together, to work together, to labor in the Lord's vineyard to bring souls unto him.

Keep trying. Keep trusting. Keep believing.  Keep growing. Heaven is cheering you on today, tomorrow, and forever.
